Bheshaj Doot Initiative – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Bheshaj Doot Initiative operated under MhetreAyurved.com portal and inspired by the Ayurvedic principles promoted by Avantee Ayurvedeeya Chikitsaalaya. By registering for this initiative, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

The Bheshaj Doot Initiative is open only to:

• Students who have passed BAMS 2nd Year and above

• Ayurveda Interns

• PG Ayurveda Students

• Young Ayurveda Practitioners / Vaidyas up to 3 years after completion of PG

Maximum age limit:

• 30 completed years at the time of registration.

The organizers reserve the right to approve or reject any application after verification of submitted documents.

2. Registration Fee

• Registration fee: ₹1000 only

• The registration fee is refundable subject to successful verification and participation requirements as decided by the organizers.

• Submission of fee does not guarantee approval into the initiative.

3. Mandatory Documents

Every applicant must submit:

1. Aadhaar Card

AND

2. Any one valid supporting academic/professional document:

   • BAMS 2nd Year Passing Marksheet

   • Current University Marksheet

   • Internship Proof

   • PG Certificate (not older than 3 years)

Applications with incomplete, unclear, fake, expired, or unverifiable documents may be rejected without prior notice.

4. Information Submitted by Applicant

The applicant confirms that all information submitted during registration including:

• Full Name

• Sex

• Age

• Aadhaar Card

• Qualification Details

• Supporting Documents

• Address

• Mobile Number

• Email ID

• College Name

• Practice Details

and other additional info is true, accurate, and belongs to the applicant.

Any false information may result in:

• immediate cancellation,

• withholding of commission,

• suspension from the initiative,

• or permanent disqualification.

5. Nature of the Initiative

The Bheshaj Doot Initiative is an educational and awareness-based initiative intended to promote classical Ayurvedic understanding and awareness regarding Saptadha Baladhan Tablets.

Participation in this initiative does not create:

• employment,

• partnership,

• agency,

• franchise,

• salary entitlement,

• or employer-employee relationship.

Participants act independently.

6. Commission / Honorarium

Approved Bheshaj Doot participants may receive:

• 5% commission/honorarium on eligible orders of Saptadha Baladhan Tablets.

Commission Calculation:

• Commission shall be calculated on:

  (Order Subtotal – Coupon Discount) Value only.

• Taxes, shipping charges, refunds, cancelled orders, replacement orders, wallet credits, reward points, or other deductions shall not be considered for commission calculation.

Commission Cycle:

• Commission calculation will be performed on a monthly basis.

Commission Eligibility:

Commission shall be payable only for:

• successfully completed and delivered orders,

• valid tracked referrals,

• genuine non-fraudulent transactions.

The organizers reserve full rights to:

• verify transactions,

• reject suspicious referrals,

• hold payments for review,

• reverse commissions in case of refunds/cancellations/fraud.

7. No Guaranteed Income

The initiative does not guarantee:

• fixed earnings,

• minimum income,

• sales volume,

• patient results,

• or business success.

Income depends entirely on:

• participant efforts,

• awareness activities,

• genuine referrals,

• and successful completed orders.

8. Training & Educational Content

Online training may be provided regarding:

• formulations,

• ingredients,

• indications,

• dosage,

• classical references,

• pricing,

• prescribing understanding,

• and Ayurvedic concepts.

All educational content shared during training:

• remains intellectual property of the organizers,

• must not be copied, recorded, resold, redistributed, or misrepresented without written permission.

9. Ethical Conduct

Participants agree:

• not to make false medical claims,

• not to mislead patients or practitioners,

• not to provide unauthorized medical advice,

• not to misuse Ayurveda-related information,

• and not to engage in activities harmful to the reputation of Ayurveda, MhetreAyurved, Avantee Ayurvedeeya Chikitsaalaya, or the Bheshaj Doot Initiative.

10. Medical Disclaimer

The information shared through this initiative is intended for educational and awareness purposes related to Ayurveda.

Participants are solely responsible for:

• their own clinical decisions,

• prescriptions,

• patient management,

• and professional conduct.

The organizers shall not be liable for:

• clinical outcomes,

• misuse of products,

• improper dosage administration,

• or independent medical decisions made by participants.

11. Right to Suspend or Terminate

The organizers reserve the absolute right to:

• suspend,

• reject,

• terminate,

• or permanently remove any participant

• Hold commission payout including bheshaj doot registration fees / deposit money paid

without prior notice in case of:

• misconduct,

• unethical promotion,

• fake referrals,

• document mismatch,

• abuse,

• misuse of system,

• violation of Ayurvedic ethical standards,

• or violation of these terms.

12. Modification of Terms

The organizers reserve the right to:

• modify,

• update,

• change,

• or discontinue

any part of the initiative, commission structure, training process, eligibility criteria, or terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation shall be considered acceptance of updated terms.

13. Consent

By submitting the registration form, the applicant confirms that:

• all provided information is correct,

• all uploaded documents belong to the applicant,

• the applicant has read and understood these Terms & Conditions,

• and agrees to comply with all rules of the Bheshaj Doot Initiative.
