Yes. Quality and safety are our highest priorities. Our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure they are free from harmful heavy metals and contaminants. We follow sidhdhhants and guidelines given in our Ayurveda Granthas to provide you with safe and effective Ayurvedic remedies.
Currently, we ship only within India. We are working on complying with international herbal regulations to bring our traditional formulations to a global audience soon. Stay tuned to our newsletter for updates on international shipping.
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an Email notification with your tracking ID. You can also track your package directly from the “My Account” section under the “Orders” tab.
We offer a variety of secure payment options including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and all major Credit/Debit cards. Your financial data is encrypted and handled through a secure payment gateway to ensure complete safety.
We offer various ways to save! Most of our discounts are automatic—meaning the price drops as soon as you meet a certain condition (like a minimum subtotal or a specific quantity of products). You can see active offers listed on your My Account dashboard or at the bottom of the Login / Register page.
In most cases, No. Because we use dynamic pricing, the system calculates your savings automatically at the Checkout page. If you do have a specific promotional coupon code, you can enter it in the “Have a coupon?” box during checkout.
Discounts usually trigger based on specific rules. Common reasons include:
Minimum Spend: The rule might require a minimum subtotal (e.g., min. ₹5000).
Role-Based: Some discounts are only for Ayurveda Vaidyas and will only appear once you are logged in as Ayurveda Vaidya Group Member
Product Specific: The offer might only apply to specific categories like Churnas or Asavas.
Unless specified otherwise, our system is set to apply the best available discount for you. Generally, “Buy 1 Get 1” offers or “Automatic Cart Discounts” cannot be combined with manual coupon codes.
Your total savings will be clearly displayed in the Cart Totals section and on your final Invoice. You will see a line item labeled “Discount” or a reduced “Subtotal” reflecting your wellness savings.
